This place is Horrible my dad had a heart attack and we didn't know and when we got there they said he just wasn't feeling good and never told us he had a heart attack and we took him to the hospital and that where they told us he had a heart attack 💔😢

Horrible place ! They do not care about their patients. My grandmother was seen there, they refused to treat her due to “policy” but they knew ahead of time the condition she would be post surgery . They sent my grandmother to to access center bc something was clogged got it unclogged then they called us to tell use we need to be there bc she’s there, and we need to “transfer” her bc they refused to touch my grandmother bc of her surgery causing her to cry and making her feel scared, alone and different bc of her recent surgery . Once we got there, my grandmother was not even there. They have not a clue what they’re doing !! My grandmother needs dialysis, they haven’t rescheduled, tried to say “there may be HOPE that a chair opens if someone cancels” , she has to have dialysis, Monday Wednesday’s and Fridays , they didn’t accommodate her. They get paid , someone could have done overtime . She has insurance , their time will be paid for but no one cares about her having her dialysis that she HAS to have . Don’t take your loved ones where they’ll be mistreated and not cared for or taken care of.
