I was greeted right away and welcomed my child was treated with respect and helped her feel more comfortable with her dentist this is a nice place to bring your children and yourself to see dentist.

I made my appointment with their scheduling center and even emailed them a copy of my dental insurance card in advance. Despite arriving 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, they still didn't have any information on my insurance when I got there. The wait time isn't worth the level of service received; I wasn't called back until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment. To make matters worse, what was supposed to be a simple exam and cleaning turned into an hour-long ordeal of confusion. I was informed only after being there that it was an exam-only appointment with x-rays. A hygienist came in to schedule a cleaning and barely spent two minutes looking at my gums before determining I needed a partial full cleaning, varnish fluoride treatment, and a specific toothpaste, without considering my history excellent oral health and pre-cautiously already using Prevident or Clinpro 5000 and an electronic toothbrush with a pressure sensor. At checkout, they still couldn't provide information on my insurance coverage, despite having over a week to obtain it. They blamed being "understaffed" for their mishap. I was told they would call me later to discuss insurance coverage and making a follow up appointment for a cleaning, adding further inconvenience to my experience. Overall, I'm deeply concerned about the lack of organization and attention to detail at this dental office. It seems they prioritize upselling unnecessary treatments over providing efficient and informed care. No one except the doctor introduced themselves to me--apart from him, I don't know who the other 4 people were that I encountered.
