Able Dental

I called yesterday to make an appointment, and they didn't bother to tell me that they have a new address, they didn't update it on their website or google so i drove 30 min from my home to the address they have on their website, to see that it's closed. I called them i asked why when i made the appointment didn't let me know that you have a new address, the answer was i don't know and didn't bother to apologize .. they need to hire better stuff on front desk. So disappointed of their customer service.

This was my first time here but it turned out great. Joe was very helpful with all my needs and was very honest and made me feel happy and very comfortable with the decisions I decided to make with my teeth. I didn't have to wait long at all and my wife and I are happy to be new patients here. Thank you guys so far for all of your help.

I had cancelled my sons appointment with them because of the front desk. I called to confirm the appointment but when the guy answered all i heard was "hello" and before i could even say anything, i was hung up on. Called back, then it went to the sound of a fax machine. Called back a third time, went to a voicemail box that was full. Fourth call i made, the guy answered again and stayed on long enough for me to say i was canceling the appointment. I found it completely rude. They need to get someone better because if i had to go through all that just to confirm an appointment, god only knows what they would do to my sons teeth.

I am affraid of the dentist! But when I got there Joe was very nice and helpful and Dr. Do was very good... I was happy with my services.
