This was my first time here and I was 15 minutes late. i had low blood sugar so I called and told them I'd be late and they still were fine taking me since it was my first time there. I'm so grateful for that. The staff is also super nice and took the time to talk to me like a normal person. great place highly recommend

Would never book another appointment with Bliss Dental again. It has been one headache after another. I scheduled my first appointment as a Medicaid client with Bliss Dental back in October of 2021. I had my initial exam and x-rays and was told I needed a medly of other procedures including a deep cleaning, root canal and extraction and had been informed that they would reach out to Medicaid to get the required pre-authorizations before we scheduled any follow up appointments. Cut to several months later and I still had not heard back regarding the pre-authorization approval for the requested procedures and they reminded me I was due for a cleaning. I was in the middle of changing insurance at this time so I delayed in scheduling until my new insurance took affect. When I called to schedule, I was then informed that it had been too long since my initial exam and I would need to come in for x-rays and another initial exam before I could be seen for a cleaning. So I gave them my new insurance information, including my member ID and was informed that they accepted my new insurance and we scheduled my 2nd initial exam and x-rays. Cut to the day of my appointment, I arrive early and check in with my ID and insurance card and waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes, now 20 minutes past my appointment time. Only to have the receptionist at the front desk confirm that they in fact, do not accept my insurance. I was incredibly disappointed to discover that all of my time taken to schedule and the extra time that was taken off from my work day to commute and attend my scheduled appointment were all wasted.
