        Horrible. Had a 8:30am appointment on Saturday morning. Waited a week and a half for the appointment to put my crown back on. I get there, they make me wait in the hallway to do my paperwork and told me that I had four people ahead of me, I needed to WAIT. Really? Not going to wait in a hallway of an office building for a few hours, when I had a 8:30 appointment. I'm out. Bad service. Bad phone receptionist. Tried to get directions on the way there and she needed to drag it out for 10 minutes.... Crazy !! FELT LIKE I WAS DEALING WITH THE DMV !!!!
