I had a dental cleaning scheduled. They called and reminded me. I didn't forget. However, my business opened that week, and on the day of the cleaning we had a problem with credit card processing. That's the core of my business! I am the tech person and the only one who can figure out and resolve the issue. I could not go to the dental cleaning and leave my business stranded. We argued on the phone when i tried to explain. She paid for her tech for cleaning, it was about her loss. Didn't empathize with my loss or situation. Decided to pay for the cancelled appt and stopped seeing her. Oddly i thought we were friends.

I've been a patient at this office for at least 10 years. Always had a good experience. Very pleased to find out they are following all the CDC guidelines set forth by the state. Had to have a temperature check before entering the office. Once inside found out I was the only patient in the entire office. Masks are being worn and office is sanitized. Felt very comfortable going there with COVID happening.

I had terrible work done at another dental office and I came here and was instantly impressed.  She was very informative. Told me and better, showed me the x Ray's and what the other doctor did. She gave me great advice on what I should do. Her recommendation. Her staff is friendly and the office is CLEAN!!!!! And beautiful. The receptionist is nice but first impression, I felt like she didn't want me to schedule an appointment...but after talking to her, she was very nice.
