I wish I could give 0 stars. I told them on the phone I had insurance. I wrote on their sign in I had insurance. They called me in the back and administered their services. Then they proceeded to take me to the billing department demanding money. They screwed up and are now putting the blame on me and as result my insurance won't cover my dentle work because it wasn't pre-approved. They should've got my insurance information and told me I needed to be preapproved before doing the services. Just horrible customer service and a horrible dental experience. DO NOT GO HERE just save youself the hassle. Also my so called porcelain crown that they made sound like was so much better than metal is really still metal with a porcelain "glaze." It was not even placed properly so now I have to spend even more money to fix it. I hate this dentist office. They are crooks. Ps I still hate this place and idc if your bill sits on my credit for life. Not paying it on principle. Horrible experience that cost me 1500 to fix from a real dentist
