        I visited Dr. Robert Pham in January for a crown that fell off. Mid March the same crown fell off. I called the office and was told that with my insurance I would have to pay for it that it's not covered. I then said it fell off less than two months. The girl said to me "listen Honey" Honey??? i'm not her honey. They did not honor their work. I warned you
