Worst place to get braces! Do not go here. They are horrible. The staff is rude and they ignore you! Super super lazy. They should be fired

Horrible, rude and scam arrests . My son got braces there and I haven’t been able to get an appointment due to the office being closed. I left several messages during the last couple of months Not 1 call back from any of the staff. I received a bill for services that was not done. I called billing and left a message saying I’m not paying because I haven’t been able to get an appointment since I started his treatment. Surprise I got a call back from billing within min. Stating its not their fault the office has been closed. … smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ I will be finding another dentist!!

My son had an appointment on 5/12/21 for "Half" Cleaning and the other Half on 5/25/21. I had to re-arrange my work schedule to be there for the appointment. When I get there the office was closed. No one bothered calling before hand to cancel or re-schedule this appointment. The next day they call me to cancel the one for the 25th because they had no Dr. and they needed to hire new one. Hmm, not professional I would say.

Horrible service,my son has been having wisdom teeth pain ,the dentist suggested to have a couple extracted the person in charge of sending the referral to my insurance for approval has been incompetent and inexperienced or simply just doesn't care I have called my insurance myself and have informed me that they never sent the referral I have been waiting for almost 2 months and my son has discomfort and pain,its very hard to eat certain foods.I .have been dealing with Fatima ,I also requested to speak with a manager and to my surprise I was transferredto her she informed me that she is a manager ,I still don't understand her being a manager and being so irresponsible and incompetent with the process.I would appreciate if someone else can follow up on this .Thank you..
