In my 74 years on this earth, I have NEVER, EVER dealt with a more duplicitous, unprofessional and truly uncaring financial firm! Actually, I have never dealt with ANY company as simply BAD as is Wells Fargo! The founders of this once-admired corporation must spend every moment spinning in their graves... After having accounts opened in my name years ago (I did receive an apology - golly, that made it all better) Now I have spent a MONTH of almost daily phone calls with WF's "customer service" (their customer service, makes me want to call the IRS service as that government agency shines in comparison)! Finally yesterday, after TWO HOURS of being bounced around WF's "Executive Office" care center AND BEING DISCONNECTED 3 TIMES, today I attempted to call back to the alleged "manager" in Sioux Falls and I was given a "Not In Service" number! Even the call from this "Tim" was a spoofed number! Do yourself a life-long favor and NEVER, EVER cross the threshold of any Wells Fargo institution!
