      image Unfortunately I must let others be aware of my personal experience with GVS Construction & express my serious concerns and inability to recommend them, Miguel owner & Rick sales mngr. Despite being paid in full, with full release & sign off from the City to build an addition, they have left at least 2 subcontractors without payment (1 for 38wks & other 11wks since delivery) and me to receive threatening calls & certified mail on their behalf. They are unwilling or unable to pay their debts. I do like the product they built, but if they cannot pay their contractors & vendors, I cannot recommend them & highly advise against hiring them.
