The new management is far from efficient. I was out of town for a month and they towed my car without first checking the license plate, which they have authority to do. A phone call would have saved me $215.00 towing fees through no fault of my own. I was given the space by the previous management who obviously did not update my file. They said a notice was put on the car but my daughter went every week to start it up and there was no notice. If a notice had been put on and there was no reply that should have been a red flag, a resident could have been dead in their apartment. Twice I have put in a written repair request, as required but was ignored both times, as they did not see it, yet it was in the Rent box as requested. You approach them and they are so condescending, its sickening. The Security gate has been broken so often, its ridiculous to advertise a secure property. There were always maintenance men around the property but these days you never see any. I love living here but the new Management leaves a lot to be desired.

I would literally give this place 0 stars bc of how they played us. Dont think about applying to this place. They robbed us of $450 on a holding fee, telling us they called us about move in date when my husband and I never received a call. Last call we got was them telling us they were looking at potential units. Then i called today to cancel bc they took so long and they tell me that they called us weeks ago telling us when we would be able to move in. Said we couldnt get our money back bc they already took the unit off the market, but we NEVER signed anything stating the holding fee was non refundable. Horrible place who just scams you for money. Ill pull up all of our phone records to show them they never called. Horrible, horrible.
