        A lot going on. Water shut off without notice. Homeless break in and window is still not fixed. Not enough security, damage done to my car.

        No clue why the person in the HOA office always has an attitude when called, but if you don't like your job, please let it be known instead of taking it out on your MEMBERS and their REPS!! I'm baffled by the level of respect shown.

        This apartment complex is so dirty. I have had my vehicle broken into by one of the neighbors, they destroyed my car only to find that I had nothing in there. The people in the office do not take care of their residents either as long as theyre getting paid, not to mention there is police cars here almost every week. Someone was shot in there apartment last year as well. I just wouldnt ever bring any children to live here its horrible and unsafe. The beautiful lakes nearby and the recent landscape upgrade is definitely deceiving.
