This is our 2nd time using Workhorse Consulting and we've been happy with their services each time!
We originally called them out to fix our internet connection. For a business, you're almost dead in the water without internet access and any down time costs the company money. Jared came to our rescue and was able to get us up and running quickly.
Yesterday, we called them back out but this time for problems scanning and other equipment and software connectivity issues. Curtis was sent out and fixed the problem, getting everything working properly again. He got right to work and was able to focus (and we are quite loud!) while our staff kept working around him and occasionally interrupted him. Thanks Curtis!
It's so hard to find a trustworthy, reliable and skilled IT/computer repair company here in Las Vegas (okay, Henderson to be exact!) much less one that is actually staffed with personable people! It's safe to say we have found that unicorn!! Ha ha! Communication is great too. I was in the loop throughout the process -- from my initial call to schedule service, to when the tech would be on his way to how much longer until work was complete.
I would highly recommend Workhorse Consulting to anyone that wants fast, knowledgeable service and a company that you can trust. Thanks guys!
