        It says it opens at 11:00, we are standing here with a flight to catch soon and no one is here! Poor service!!

        Although the store is super cute and the socks are awesome, the customer service is horrible. I recently had an opportunity to visit this Las Vegas location and immediately felt the lack of customer care. On November 29th 2020 around 3pm a young lady who was working this location was beyond rude. She didn't seem like she wanted to be at work nor answer questions my party had while in the store. On several occasions she was asked questioned and blatantly ignored answering. Then when asked again about specific socks she became rude and her tone in responding was extremely uncalled for. My group of ladies had well over 20 pairs of socks that we were going to purchase. However due to the lack of customer service and rude behavior of the blonde haired employee we left all the socks behind. I would NEVER give money to a store that doesn't uphold quality customer service. Horrible horrible experience in this location.
