Revolff Dryer Vent Cleaning

I called to make an appointment and EMILY with her roosters screaming in the background made the appointment, then when I asked the simplest of questions... "How do they know when they get to the outside when cleaning the vent?" She explained that they clean it from the outside and inside. I asked where the outside vent was and if it was on the roof because I do not know.... she started going on about if it's on the roof they can't do it and that she was cancelling my appointment. I attempted to stop her and explain that I dont have any idea where it was located.... that is why I am hiring a professional. She panicked, and again said she was cancelling my appointment. I asked to speak with an actual service member or maybe the owner and she refused to even give me a name (very suspicious) I told her that I can find the owners name with the Clark County Business License Search and she made some reference to that not happening and as it turns out, she is right. This is a one employee company and there is no record of them in Clark County as to having a business license. Be Careful and do your research.

I really appreciate Plamen! He came over to clean my dryer vents, and educated me on the importance of maintenance and how to. He also realized my vents were in great shape and felt I didn't need his services. I appreciate a business with honesty and integrity! Will continue to use Revolff

Today was a bit of a busy day for me and I had to leave so I left my daughter to greet Plamen and let him in. I paid for a Dryer Vent Cleaning service. Which from what I understand consists of pulling the dryer out vacuuming the duct using power tools to loosen any stubborn lint and also the same with the outside duct. Not just vacuum the lint trap inside the dryer with a shop vac, which I had already done myself before I booked my appointment. Long story short paid $89 cash did a load of clothes threw them in the dryer only to get have the same issue. I asked my daughter what exactly he did and she said he went outside got his shop vac and came in and vacuumed the lint from the front of the dryer. Thanks a lot for ripping me off.
