The Children's Place

This store i go often since I work nearby. Great sales(don't bother going to carters too expensive and not much for babies).always organized not a sloppy mess. I have boys and a girl and love the jeans.

I just had my baby and thought to check this place out for clothing. Upon walking in there were three associates and not one of them greetes me when walking in. There was only one other patron in there so I said "hello" while walking towards the back of the store, no one replied. I needed help to see if they even sold baby clothes there. I kept looking around and the one other client had already left and no one even came to assist me. I ended up leaving without being acknowledged, worst customer service ever. I will not go back there due to the mere fact that neither of the women there came to see what I needed. Its tough times out here and I was willing to come spend my front line worker money on your brand, NO THANKS!

Terrible service. Girls there are not helpful at all. Almost seems liek they dont know what they are doing because for everything they just say call customer service but then customer service just hangs up on you doenst even give you a chance to speak to a person. I am so frustrated. I had 25 dollars in rewards so I decided to get some things that totaled 18 dollars so I used my rewards to pay. Then on the way out I saw something else and I had enough rewards left to cover for that so I go to cashier and she rings me up and tells me you're out of rewards I said no I just paid with you using my rewards and it was 18 dollars and she said oh yea it took all your rewards. I said no I should have some left I ahd 25 dollars in rewards and she said call customer service. I said they just hang up. And so I said okay them you guys are stealing from me and she said pretty much yes. Oh god my blood boiled. Okay I understand at the end of the day I didnt pay per say for my 18 dollar purchase but I did spend plenty of money to earn a 25 dollar reward and so I would like to use my full 25 dollar reward... so I guess this is where I cut ties with the childrens place. I've been a customer for years and I do spend a lot of money with them given that I have 4 kids but I'm done. This was the last straw.

Wow! Walked into the store looking for a certain item. The worker behind the counter said "We don't carry them in the store. You have to shop online" spun on her heals and walked away with my husband and I just standing there. I guess we didnt have anymore questions or any more reasons to shop for our five grandchildren there.
