I went in here the other day and I was actually disgusted at how rude and unsanitary one of the workers was, she had black hair and wore bell bottoms. I assume she was some sort of management because of her different colored shirt and it was a polo shirt not only did she scratch her head multiple times while she was touching plates but she definitely didnt look very sanitary she also was so rude to other staff, mostly the other hosts. I couldnt even believe it. Also I have ordered to go here and they say 15-20 min but I ended up waiting over 20 minutes in the restaurant and that same lady was being rude to other staff again, unbelievable. This location needs a lot of work and I truly feel like management is the problem because the regular staff seems like they are doing the best they can but the management is bad this is coming from someone who goes to this location at least once a week because my husband loves Buffalo Wild Wings
