Dealt with the owner, Roger, who from the beginning seemed nice but as the conversation moved forward he became very dismissive when we had questions. We had an agreement to purchase a specific machine from him for $2.5k and had us come back a few days later to pick it up. When we came back to pick up, he pulled a bait and switch. The machine he showed us was a different one which right off the bat we could tell was not the same one and there was issues. The player tracking was gone, the monitor had a line going through it and the lower monitor had flickering. When my wife told him that this is not the same machine we agreed on, he just responded “you don’t understand this is the way it is, take it or leave it”. I can’t imagine what other faulty parts were put in there. We ended up leaving. A big waste of time and not a good business to deal with. Tried to pull a fast one on us. Note: If you notice one of the 5 star reviews for this company was left by him....
