Did everything I needed to renewing my lease and someone on your end didnt do their job now im being charged to stay month to month

I would just like to take a moment to thank you for contributing to my daughters death. After 6mo of living in the Wyandotte Apartments we ran into a small financial situation, and instead of accepting our rent and working with us on the late fees you chose to evict us. My daughter had mental health issues and was in a very fragile state as it was, but your company chose to put profits over people. The manager at the Wyandotte was rude as we're the rest of the staff. My daughter and I constantly cleaned up the playground area as well as picked up the trash and dog droppings around our building. You people should be ashamed of yourself! While I don't think that you care about the lives of your tenants, I felt it was prudent to enlighten you as to how your business practices affect people.
