Livanta is suppose to be our Patients Advocate so we may have an opportunity to have a Voice but I see a conflict of interest in Livanta and the company that pays your salary Medicare is only interested in getting a Patient in and out of a facility as quickly as possible because how can a company like Livanta review a Patient's medical records and not speak with the Patient facility have complete control over the records they document any thing they want to make sure it always stays in their favor that is why you have Patients rebounding in and out of the hospital and rehabilitation facility we pay Medicare every month to have medical coverage and excellent treatment so you tell me Livanta how are you there for me or any Patient when you deny every Appeal I want someone that isn't bias to look at your ratio of denied and approved appeals and then look at how Patients have to be admitted right back into a hospital or facility and then you will see who is receiving the benefits I am not Rich but are you and please answer this question with a clear conscious so I am very disappointed with Livanta and Medicare for spending my money and hiring your company I filled an Appeal on Friday December 27th and received a denial on Saturday December 28th if your firm you can't call me back with the decision of the Appeal then how could you have a resolution that quickly
