Went in to pick up 2 different items. I checked the app and said they were in stock. I got to the store and nothing on the shelf. I stood around the electrical department for about 10 minutes before I finally went to the service desk and asked to get someone in there. He shows up and scans the shelves glances at the upper shelf and says we don't have them. He then tried to send me to a store across town. I asked how he knew that the store had what I needed, and he responded "The web site says so." The web site said your store had them. Just a waste of time shopping there.

See my review for Serene location. This store is conveniently located by the I215 freeway. Staff know their stuff!
