I have never sent in items for a third party to get signed. I have sent books to desert wind back during the beginning of covid and understood the reason as to why some artists didn’t sign at the time. The health issues and so on and I completely understood and I also said that there was no hurry. I would send them one email every two months to just have a status. Almost three years later they were able to get everyone I asked for signed. Not their fault for the time taken to get the items signed. They didn’t notify me of their progress. They had them signed since august. It is December. I sent an email in august without a reply. I was able to get in contact with Lauren months after. Seems like the person I was contacting, no longer works there. Lauren was the only one I was able to communicate with. She is very nice and not at fault with the lack of customer service this company has. Finally they were able to send my books... They sent the books to the wrong address. The books make it back to Nevada. Mind you, I live in Florida. The address that they sent it to, doesn’t exist. I have reviewed all of my emails containing my address and there weren’t any typos on my end. The number they have on the website doesn’t ring. It leads to voicemail. I left them a voicemail and they don’t get back to me. The only way to get a hold of this company is through email. I contacted celestial comics (associated to desert wind in some way) about the wrong address they put on the package and wanted to know if they received my items AGAIN. I get a hold of a woman working at the office (data entry) and she says that, “yes, we have been talking about your case over the weekend.” She says, that they will be sending my books as soon as they can. They printed the label on the 14th of December. They still have not sent the items and it’s the 20th. The tracking number from the post office mentions that they still have not received the items. I am the most patient person I know and I lost it. I contacted the celestial comics place again and I lose it. I take it out on the poor lady that answered the phone. I release my anger and she starts to tell me that, “I don’t appreciate the way you are treating me… That we loosely are associated with desert wind.” How am I supposed to communicate with anyone, when the number to desert wind doesn’t ring and no one calls you back? She repeated the same thing about not appreciating my response. I tell her, I don’t even care. I understand that you have received my payment and the rest of the process isn’t important. I paid my money and I want my books.
