        Beware product stopped working on my mom after an hour. $250. And no return policy which they didn't tell us about. So now We're stuck with a product that doesn't work

        Guy and Batel were wonderful, knowledgeable and considerate. As with any beauty product, application and results take time, there is no overnight miracle. These products are luxurious. The packaging is exquisite and the changes in my skin have been consistent and noticeable after only 2 weeks. Written product ritual would definitely be helpful and I am sure they would happily agree to provide if asked.
