Yanira was amazing at making my hair look like a million dollars. She took her time to give me a tour, explain the pricing and talk about all the services available. Her professionalism goes a long way! I will definitely be back and will recommend Yanira to anyone who loves their hair.

Being new to Vegas, and a few failed attempts with two different hairstylists, Jamie came into my life!! She was full of energy, listened to every word I had to say about my bad experiences,  what I was truly looking for and hit the mark when doing my hair!!! She was easy to talk to, and I felt that she wanted to get to know me. Even gave me some free advice on my haircolor since I do it myself. She gave explanations as to why she was doing certain things with my hair and talked about how we could always do things differently if I wasn't happy. Thank goodness I found Jamie!

Wow, this place has gone down hill. I had an appointment with Justin at 1 PM. I arrived before my appointment at 1 pm, got checked in and proceeded to sit in the main area for 25 minutes. In that time, I watched two people check in after me and begin services. Meanwhile, Justin has yet to acknowledge I exist. At 1:20, I stood up and left as I value my time and money. I usually spend close to 300 dollars on my hair appointments. I'll go elsewhere. I was a customer of this salon when it was Kelly Cardenas back in 2013. I'm so disappointed to see some of the changes and lack of basic customer service. I came from out of state and waited just to go back to my favorite salon. Never again Style and Grace, never again.

For a straight guy who knows absolutely nothing about hair to have his first reaction be "What the hell did they do to my girl's hair!" is the simplest way I can describe how poor the service was. My girl wanted us to spend her birthday weekend in Vegas specifically so she could visit Sal and get a complete color transformation. She had reference photos for what she was looking for when she went in. When I met her at the hotel lobby after her Uber dropped her off I was stunned speechless. I would be ashamed to charge for the state that they left her hair. Not only did they cause unnecessary damage with bleaching that wasn't needed, but they just stopped working on her because they overbook their stylists. Thankfully another stylist at a different salon was able to salvage what was done. Even she couldn't make sense of why Sal did what he did, but her impression was that he is inexperienced with coloring. This seems to be a common theme among the other reviews that have had problems with this salon in that if someone doesn't know how to do something they just do it instead of passing it over to someone that knows how.

Although we didn't get to go to the salon, we had the pleasure of shopping for braid options with the staff, and they were the nicest people. First off, the staff at Style and Grace Hair Gallery are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took their time to understand what we were looking for and made excellent recommendations based on our preferences. They were patient and knowledgeable about the different braid options and helped us find the perfect style.
