Kathleen is wonderful! I love my hair! Her energy is amazing as soon as you walk in. She is professional, kind, and really knows what she is doing! I have never had my hair look soo good! I have found my new hairstylist!! I highly recommend going to see her for your hair needs.

Benjamin did my hair and all I can say is wow! He did an amazing job with my highlights and cut. I couldn't be more happier. I came in frumpy and walked out a whole new woman with style. Definitely coming back to Benjamin.

I went for a haircut and color yesterday. Kathleen was very sweet and fit me in on very short notice. I checked my hair for a few seconds before leaving. I was unhappy but I did not want to be rude so rushed out. Later my husband took pictures and that’s when I realized the layers are uneven and the bottom of my hair is longer on one side than the other. I sent the pictures to Kathleen and told her I was kinda upset about that. Not once did I ask for a refund. I did not want a refund because regardless of how it turned out, she did put in time and effort. I simply wanted to inform her that I wasn’t happy about my hair and it looks uneven. She offered to fix it for me and I told her thank you I appreciate it but I will be going elsewhere to get it fixed. That’s when she started calling me a bully and a mean person. I was out for dinner and couldn’t talk on the phone, which I mentioned to her, but she kept calling my phone and saying I’m mean and a bully. I do not appreciate how she handled this situation.
