Michaela did such an amazing job! I love the cat eye eyelash look and she totally nailed it. The place was clean and calming, it's really nice to be able to relax and know that I'm being taken care of. I will totally be seeing Michaela again when it's time for a fill! 10/10 would recommended.

Update- The Manager from Deka Lash has reached out to me and has helped me through these current frustrations and made them right. I hope to return in the future once they have more technicians. ************************** I just cancelled / gave 30 day notice per contact for membership due not being able to book an appointment on Saturdays the only day that I’m available. I then requested to use the remainder on my rewards on a future Saturday before they expire and was told that the Centennial Hills location is closed on Saturdays (no notification was sent). How is it that I need to pay for another month when I can’t even use the credit I have now? Also, I need to use the remaining credits before they expire in 60 days. How is this okay when I can’t book since they’re closed on the only day I’m available. The Centennial Hills location was open 7 days a week when I agreed to the contact.

I went to Deka lash for months, seeing Maddie with no issues but have experienced nothing but a headache, shady business, and rude management since. They rescheduled my appointment WITHOUT calling me and then shorted me over 20 minutes on my fill. When questioned, management was rude and explained that despite my having a conversation with the lash artist about making my lashes fuller and fixing a lash, she did neither, instead dismissing early. She was the only one in the store at the time, so maybe she thought she could get away with it, forgetting they send text messages for future appointments made. I received the text at 1:29, my appointment was supposed to end at 1:45 yet by 1:29 we I had paid AND rescheduled. Yet management continues to argue that she was justified in ending early. My lashes were not fuller and I still have the lashes that will not lay correctly, instead sideways. How is the missed 25 minutes justified? Service: Eyelash extensions

The service was nice enough. This was my first professionally done lashes & did their set that seemed exclusive to them. Was supposed to be an hour long, based on their description but she was done after 35 minutes. I followed the instructions to the best of my ability. It said to use their products but I was home before I got a chance to read their instructions and was never even told this or offered their products in store. Here it is 4 days later, and most of them are gone. I didn't get them wet the first 24 hours and havent use any products on them. I was hoping the keep getting lashes from here, to help this postpartum mom feel better about herself but I guess I gotta find another place and hope for the best!
