Please don’t waste your time going to this establishment. I rearranged my schedule and took time off work to make the 2pm appt that I scheduled. I show up and they are 2hrs behind and didn’t write my name name in their appointment book. They were unapologetic and obviously don’t care if they lose customers. If I could give the place a zero I would. Worst experience ever I did have an appointment. I was given a verbal over the phone and told to come in on Saturday. Even tried showing my call log yet I go blanked. You guys made a mistake and rather than try to rectify it, you blamed the customer Service: Hair extensions

It’s laughable how unprofessional that place is. It’s the waiting for me. How can the shop expect to run on time when their workers show up late. They’re arrogant and don’t value to power of their customers one of them had the audacity to give attitude because I asked why everything was so behind. Save yourself the headache. This place is not worth it
