had an appointment set up for 11 am. was told there was a wedding party ahead of us. promised us they would be with us in 15 to 30 minutes. it was over an hour. they did a good job. haircut was very good. but if you are not going to honor the online reservations then don't put them out there. we had things to do that day. taking almost 2 hours to get something done that should have been done much sooner. no offer of a discount. no offer of any kind to make things right.

I scheduled an appointment for 10 am on 8/12/21 for braids. My husband and I arrived 5 minutes early and waited outside due to no one being there yet. After my scheduled appointment time we had to call the second location and the employee there said the stylist must be late and that they would reach out. By 10:11, when my service would have already been half over, there was still no one there. We called the second location again and no one answered so we left a message canceling. Very unprofessional. Don’t allow early appointments if you do not have the staff willing to show up.
