Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

ATMs are broken half of the time lines always long with max two people working not an ideal location. Let alone the atm ate my deposit and Ive been waiting 2 weeks to get 900$ back? If you want to have a wild banking ride then look no further youve found it.

Wait time is disappointing, plus Bank of America online appointment services does not work. Tried to make one in advanced, but online wouldnt allow to select other branches.

This bank or branch is super unprofessional. I am a non account holder that tried to cash a check issued from a Bank of America account holder. The teller asked for 2 forms of id which I gave her, and she ran and endorsed the check. In the process of getting my cash the supervisor came back over after a teller assist and all of a sudden said the check exceeded the non account holder amount, and refused to cash my check. The check was already endorsed by this bank and will not be accepted anywhere else, and all they said was well go get another check. Im not sure if it was a judgmental call, cuz if the branch had a limit, then the check should have never been endorsed. Other than some form of prejudice there is no reason why this should have happened. I went to another Bank of America branch and they were more than happy to cash the check for me, and said there was no restrictions on the account the money was coming from, and the policies within the banking system are nation wide. There should have been no issues at all, and the next bank even offered their apologies for the inconvenience.

Definitely don't recommend this location at all whatsoever I spoke to the branch manager Britney and they have 4 employees in their cubicles on they're computer while customers are waiting on the lobby waiting to get assisted.  I asked her what is going on and she stated they are in a training and didn't care at all, I stated that customers are more important than a training. She didn't care not one bit and continues to be on her computer like 3 people aren't here waiting. They should set better times etc for their trainings. As a manager she did not give a damn! Now I see why this location has terrible reviews. Definitely going to look at other banks to transfer all my business stuff. I attached a photo of 3 employees in front of me and another 2 offices on the side of me! Ridiculous!!
