        CAME IN TODAY HORRIBLE SERVICE RUDE STAFF THE MANAGER WAS SUPER RUDE SHE KICKED MY SPECIAL NEED SON FROM THE BRANCH BECAUSE HE WAS TALKING TO ME IN SPANISH SHE WAS HISPANIC AS well BUT SHE IS RUDE I WAS ABOUT TO SUE WELLS FARGO FOR WHAT SHE DID BUT I INSTEAD MADE A COMPLAINT HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT

        The speakers in the drive-thru barely function. You can't hear what anyone is saying with any kind of clarity. The employees will also cut you off before you can finish a sentence when you're explaining what you need done. The only positive is that you don't usually spend too much time getting your business handled.

        Brach is well located but I can assure they are making least business in Wells Fargo. No customer service. They are more into making excuses rather than providing solution. Pretend they are very busy but they hate working as bankers. Must be replaced. I am a banker too by profession. All I can say Wells Fargo putting their reputation on stake by using lazy a** people.
