Twice I've had service here and ended up with more issues. Tried to give them a second chance cause sometimes stuff happens. Asked them to fix my window this time and now my door won't lock. They just fix one thing and break another to get you to spend more money with them.

From the moment I walked in, the woman at the front desk was welcoming, I think her name was Lisa?! Then, Jose broke down everything clearly and reassured me of a few things before driving off. Thanks guys! I'll be back soon 😊 Edit*** My engine light is back on. They cleared my engine light without fixing the car. The woman broke everything down, the codes and the pricing which she said we're probably not correct because the guy was new. I asked where Jose was because he was able to explain everything to me the last time, clearly. He no longer works there :( so I will not be going back. Can you point me in the direction Jose went? I want him as my mechanic.

I did my homework on CJ Auto and I was pleased with what I read, so I decided to give them a shot. Glad I did. Jose far surpassed what I expected. Previous mechanic told me he was going to charge me $4000 to replace the injectors on my 7.3 diesel truck. CJ ran a diagnostic on it and found a small problem with the electronic valve cover gasket that connects to the control box for the engine and fixed it as well as rebuilt my tie rods and control arms for the steering all for a little over $500 which is less than an 8th of what the other guy was going to charge me. This man knows what he is doing and is not there to screw you. He's my mechanic for my vehicles from now on. Services: Steering/Suspension, Check engine light diagnostic, Electrical

They still charged me for diagnostic after telling me it will go towards the labor. Soon as it was done and I had to pay they said since they had to do repairs” they still goin to charge. They just didn’t want to loss $50. Be upfront next time is all
