        Jesus Gomez is the rudest, insensitive person I have interacted when calling this agency. I paid an account in full on the 6th and my file has not yer been sent to where it needs to go. If you call and jesus answers just ask to speak to someone else. I just had to just disconect the call with him. Their ratings are pretty low for a reason.
