I was wrongful terminated at Las Vegas Sands and I J.P Kemp, Esq law firm which exactly type of case. During the process on my employment hearing, first thing I notice Mr. J.P. Kemp Esq, Las Vegas Sands lawyer and Appeals Referee are friends and that is a red flag.. There, color of law had been used against me. there is a conflicts of interest. Most importantly, my accusers on during the hearing were listed as witness to testify against me and I was not listed as a witness. A few days later, Mr. J.P. Esq, withdrew from my case with no proper reasonable provided. Though I give them 1 star. Based on racial profiling and discrimination. Mr. J. P. Kemp Esq, knows very well what is forced Arbitration or binding Arbitration process and he knows exactly how the laws are applied to black people like me. Unfortunately, justice was denied and my review is based on my experience.
