    My daughter took her cosmetology test 2 weeks ago. They say a computer glitch wont let them access the results so they know nothing and dont know when it will be available! Called everyday and everyone says its not our fault be patient theres nothing that can be done!

    absolutely worse organization I ever see, even DMV has better website than PSI. In business hours no one pick up the phone for customer service, waiting hours.

    Horrible "customer service". They will not answer their phones. If they are being hosted in Asia, it's cheap right? Why not hire more? So how are we supposed to get our questions answered? The website is 90s bad. Horrible. No help there. I am going to call my state reps and senators and ask if they can change providers. I will tell them to look here to see why. Everyone needs to take their review and copy it to every review site.

    Trying to apply has been awful to say the least..the only reason for two stars is because one person actually went above and beyond to try to help but PSI in general is very lack luster. I submitted an app in Nov never heard anything and could NOT get a hold of an actual person. When I did finally get in touch with someone in Feb Cristina she did a LOT to help push my application through, when I got the email I was eligible for the exam and logged in it said expired. When I called to ask what was going on I was told they could not help and I had to apply AGAIN. I tried to explain how the whole process took forever to begin with and they just said basically too bad. So now I'm out the money for the class and exam and I'm taking the loss because this is too much to try for again with the lack of communication.

    I completed my education to become a Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania at the end of 2018. From that point I have 5 years to take my Real Estate exam. Apparently the only place to complete your state and National exams is through PSI exams. Each time you apply to take the exam you need to fill out a registration form, submit your transcripts, and pay $49. The first time I completed all of these steps was in 2019. Upon applying, PSI mailed me a postcard (which I kept) informing me I am cleared to go ahead and schedule my exam online. Unfortunately, they had my last name misspelled on the postcard and their online system and was therefore unable to schedule. I called them to explain the situation and they told me they cannot see the issue and they cannot fix the issue. I explained there is no test to select under my correct name as PSI is the one who input my name incorrectly in their system. They continued to defer the issue and said they cannot fix the mistake. I was very frustrated that due to their clerical error I was out my money and time. I applied AGAIN in 2021. I, again, received a postcard. This time it was for the Builder/Owner Salesperson exam and not the Salesperson option that I paid for. I called and they again would not refund me or fix it to be the correct exam. I have called them numerous times in hopes to talk to a different level of management but they all tell me the same thing or that someone will call me back but they never do. I have now paid this company $98 for nothing all due to THEIR clerical errors. It's terrible business and unethical for them to refuse to correct their mistakes. I have no other choice but to use this company to complete my licensing for PA. I have never dealt with this level of incompetency in my professional career ever before. I simply want to take the PA Salesperson/PA Sales - Nation Portion exams without paying anymore money. I wish I could give 0 stars.
