        Advantages> The neighborhood is quiet. It has a small gym and two swimming pools, with tables and bbq sector. Pets allowed. Public Transportation stops (RTC 209 and 203), Jack in the box, Arcor Service Station and 7-eleven, less than one block away. Supermarket (Walmart, Smith or Albertson) 10 minutes by car. Many schools near the neighborhood. Growing area Disadvantages> The administrative office of the complex does not work. The entrance gate is often broken.
