        Had some small weeds growing that you could only be seen if you walked up to my house. Got a complaint over it. Very strict hoa. Also was told that I can park by pool and I ended up getting a tow sticker put on my window

        Annoying HOA, loud neighborhood (dogs and harleys). A lot of police helicopter flyovers. Police have surrounded a house.. and been to other ones quite a few times. It actually looks like crime is going up around this area. Also, a lot of roaches in the commons area. Not a kid friendly neighborhood. The worst neighborhood I've lived in in Las Vegas. I'd avoid at all costs.
