CAMCO

Non compliance of legal requirements to report vandalism and property damage, instead they punish all homeowners. No pool. Lowered value/quality of life. Complaints are met with threats to raise fees even higher. I am forced to document everything to get a response, still no resolution. Most 5 stars are real estate agents and board members. They have many other Camco companies such as construction, electrical, landscaping. Maybe just a way to monopolize bidding? All I know is how much harder it is to get anything done and how much I feel as the my property value is not where it could be if they just followed through with contracting obligations. I contacted Office of Obudsman as they are delegated to regulate HOA. Also any company that makes money off of giving accreditation to this company has been contacted, BBB, Chamber of Commerce, Nevada Business Journal, they list more on Camco website. Beyond shameful conditions.. they don't even fulfill legal obligations, instead they self police and fine.

This HOA is terrible whoever is writing these 5 star reviews, stop the cap you lying. The worker here act like Im acting them when they should be here to help me. It just blows my mind how rude these people are for no reason.

My HOA Board should go crawling back to Cannon Management to escape dreadful CAMCO. You talk to 10 different people and hear 10 different answers from the folks working there. However, since they don't put their names in email responses, you might be talking to the same person who makes up things as they go. At least with Cannon, I would get a thoughtful response from someone willing to sign their name to emails. Our local government should break up the HOA cartels.

I am licensed property manager and real estate broker. I have worked with several CAM company in Las Vegas. Each company has its problem and on average, CAMCO is much more above the average. They answered their calls, respond to their emails. Accounting is good.
