I just want to say that that the staff at Monaco Park has been nothing short but amazing. I particularly want to congratulate Karen Leal, she is the BEST. She will make sure to address all your concerns in a timeline manner. Monaco Park and Greystar, you are lucky to have such an amazing element as part of your team during these difficult post-pandemic times. Take care of her, shes worth it!

Always a great experience interacting with Dee and the Monaco Park team. I was happy to participate in their blood drive to help the community. I felt lightheaded after and they made sure I was ok before leaving

I am so grateful for the staff at Monaco Park. I was in the process of driving across country to relocate in Vegas when the Cushman Property that I was supposed to move into made a huge error and I lost the apartment. Arriving with no place for my dog, niece and me to live, I really had to scramble. Dee and Suzy were so kind to me and made the process quick and painless. I Love my new apartment!

The online process was very easy to use. Bobby was very nice and professional. He was very good with following up and giving me clear understanding of the next step process. Bobby was very patient and walked me through the process request I got stuck on. The office was very clean and pleasant to be in. Love the free coffee selection. On the day of move in there was a long list of unfinished things however Bobby got right on it with the work order. Paul and Tony got most of the work done within a week. They were knowledgeable of the things to fix and pleasant. There was one thing I felt they could have noticed and corrected at the time of fixing part of the problem. So I'm a little irritated about needing to put in another work order and hanging around for who knows how long for them to come back. I have a sensitive dog and he will be agitated if they enter without me being present and the mantience guys don't like making appointments is what I was told so that's such an inconvenience for me. The complex is nice, quiet and so far I really enjoy living here. Great location grocery store very short walking distance. Beautiful night view of the strip lights. UPDATE REVIEW OK so I've been in my apartment for three months now and the things that were not completed prior to move in still have not been totally fixed. Every time I've posted on other platforms leaving a review about my experience I get a reply from management that they will be in contact and that never happens. My closest has a gap so wide that it should just be an open closest. When I moved in it only had one door then the guys put the wrong door on and it would not stay on the track. They replaced it with a smaller door and when I called management I was told they will get back to me. Still no follow up. At this point I have accepted this closest door will be irregular for the remainder of my stay. I just wish I people would provide customer service and not just half service. So before you accept the keys do a good walk through because once you are in they may not ever fix the issues.
