    DO NOT RENT WITH THEM. Very unproffessional and unresponsive. I rented with Venicia Apartments my first year of moving to Vegas the pricing was great but what they showed me was not what I actually received. We moved in and the appliances looked so old and worn out nothing was up to date certain parts of the floor were weak almost like it could break at anytime. Long story short we moved out now when we moved we provided a deposit. This deposit pretty much covered when we moved out and the cost to paint walls. I paid my rent on time every month using the web portal. My last month here I paid my rent and they sent an invoice saying I had a balance of $375 they did not explain anything. Apparently the reason was because they had a "system error" on their portal. So highly wouldn't recommend using it unless you want to owe balances. Eveytime I try to call they do not answer or I speak with Delia who is extremely rude and when I ask to speak with Stephanie she is never available. We got her on the phone once and she was very unaware that we had been trying to contact her. Even if you are a resident here it is hard to get in contact with them, they will not help you when it comesto anything even the HUB and Eva has no idea what she is doing. Maintenence is awesome. I know once I put in a request and it had been been 3-4 days old and Eva pretty much told me my request was not important as they had others that were more important and had to be handled first. Long story short it's not worth to rent her especially not for $1900 I paid $1465 when I lived here :)

    I applied for a 1 bedroom 1 bath unit this morning without ever stepping foot onsite for a in person tour. I'm not a very picky person, however, before paying the fees I thought I would call in and ask a few questions before continuing. I called in and spoke with Eva who sighed and interrupted me twice while I tried to ask my first question. After the speaking with Eva I decided not to proceed, it also didn't help that she hung up on me. Note to Eva, from a former Leasing Agent - In this industry you have to sell yourself before your product, the appliances could have been orange and I would have still leased if my first interaction would've gone better.

    Staffing is less than responsive or helpful. Went a total of 15 months without receiving a gate code as well as emails sent to Stephanie Brandyburg for other issues that went unaddressed or responded to by her or her staff. Was not allowed to see the apartment before signing paperwork due to covid. Apartment wasnt clean at all, carpet was stained with who knows what as well as not really clean. Used a black light and would compare it to what you would expect to find in a motel 6. Appliances are on their last leg and needed to be replaced, not really worth the headache unless you know its temporary.

    They are charging me over $600 for the carpets upon move out . I have ALWAYS maintained my carpets in any apartments I have ever lived in. I lived here for 2 years and often rented carpet cleaners and after first year of living here even purchased a whole carpet cleaner to continue regular cleanings. I feel beyond taken advantage of by this company and have never experienced something like this from any other property I have lived at. Sent an email and all management did was forward me the bill again. Terrible customer service and treatment after being resident for 2 years and recommended to friends and family !! Currently filling with small claims court.
