        The property managers are pleasant and absolute pleasure to work with. The property has assortment of amenities from a nice clean gym area as well as pools for a time in the sun to cool down. Last but definitely not the least the units are beautiful and spacious. SW gets 2 thumbs up from me.

        Nicely setup apartments however Im starting to hate this complex. My license plate got stolen while my car was in its assigned spot. Luckily, my neighbors have a ring to see that somebody stole my license plate right before I was going to bed between 11 and 12 at night but unfortunately, didnt catch who it is. However, now its taking me some time to get my new license plates and I got a violation on my car sticker on my car. Now I have to go to the DMV when I have no time to do that because of work to get a notice from them saying that my license plates are on the way. There was also a breaking into these apartments a couple months before my license plates got stolen. This is not a safe place to live at. Looks like its a nice area but its ghetto. Also for it to be ghetto, its overpriced.

        The club house was nice. The issue was the employee was not very friendly, extremely standoffish, and seemed to be in a rush. The second issue was walking into the unit I was touring it was dirty carpets and reeked of the smell of weed. I saw in the office that it was a non smoking community and for the unit to smell like that upon opening the door was extremely upsetting. Sad to say this complete is not on my list of places that Id want to move to.

We've already advised you to contact the local police and file a report, which you've already done.Regarding the violation you received, upon checking our records, it was because your vehicle was not registered in our community at that time. We do not allow vehicle storage on site and to enforce this policy, we have a towing company conduct a monthly check on the vehicles to ensure they are registered to current residents and are not being stored on the property, allowing our residents to have open spaces for their vehicles or guests. Since you have already registered your vehicle, this should not be a problem anymore. Additionally, we want to clarify that despite any claims suggesting otherwise, our property is well-maintained.
