Volare

Lived here for a while now and as for office and maintenance I have no complaints.. I've never had an issue with either. I think the maintenance staff here is excellent. My only complaint would be listening to upstairs neighbor walk around. But that's gonna happen most anywhere. And although this is my last lease here I have to leave curious as to why there have been multiple police presences in the NE part of the property. As I type this there are 2 police cars outside. Cant say I don't feel safe here but somethins fishy. Update 11/2021. Well moved out. The cost of rent was too much for a one bedroom apartment with a whole new brand of neighbors moving in. I'm now happy renting a 2 bedroom house in a gated community for about 200 less then what my renewal was gonna be. Interested to see how volares community pans out. Still no issue with office or maintenance as of yet,, just some of the residents.

It is a beautiful community, but unfortunately has gone downhill. Pools were constantly closed, mainly due to tenant misuse. Used to be quiet and peaceful, but now I can hardly sleep through the night without hearing loud music blasting at 2 am, or loud continuous honking in the middle of the night. We are counting down the days to leave here. I don't recommend for families at all. This community had a lot of great potential, but sadly this place went downhill fast. Trash everywhere. No one picks up after their dogs. Office management only cares about making money and basically once they reel you in and you sign your lease, don't expect them to be nice and friendly anymore. Overall not a safe, peaceful place I can call home.

So sad that there werent any 3 bedrooms available. Overall the property is beautiful. Great location. I toured with Liliana and she was super sweet, very efficient. She showed us the model and for good reason, it is gorgeous. Liliana is so hospitable. She even introduced me to Esmeralda in the office and she was also really really nice. Hope that a 3 bdrm comes up soon. My family and I love this place.

I been living at Volare for almost 5 years now and I’m happy to call Volare Home. Since the new leasing team took over , a lot has been improved. I do have a few request such as lighting added around the garbage areas as at night it is very dark. The stairways need to be pressure washed as they just build up dirt over time. Overall very satisfied. Thank you Volare!

UPDATE: Lots of positives to living here but after moving out, I had a different experience, very less than my expectations. I had a $450 deposit and only received $32 back. They are completely unfair with these deposits, its not even possible to get your deposit back based on how they gauge you with prices. I am an extremely clean person; cleaned everything thoroughly prior to move out...barely any holes in the wall, and no damage and still got the runaround and not a clear explanation as to why they aren't giving me my money back. Would highly consider this review when searching for a new place to live. I loved my experience while being there, but seeing how the management (Joy) is handling this, is giving me a very different opinion. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have loved living at Volare! Constantly you see staff/workers cleaning up the areas to make it look very welcoming. Whenever I have a maintenance request, they come to my apartment right after submitting. Very great and accommodating to the residents! Zuri has been the most wonderful on the staff. He's so on top of things and is always so kind to all. He really made a difference in me living here because I felt like if I needed anything, he was there and always looked out for me.
