Leave them alone. I’ve heard nothing but horror stories, and when I went to visit, it was atrocious. Mildew, mold, and water stains on the carpet.

(OC U106). Deserves 5stars Nice apartments clean freshly painted looking great. Customer service staffs are friendly, especially Daisy she's respectful and professional and work very hard. Maintenance personals, especially Robert he's smart and professional works very hard and resolved my maintenance issues perfectly! I'm really impressed of the way he handled issues perfectly. I'm really happy they hired him here, because he knows his job very well and very respectful! The property is clean and we'll maintained.

Unfortunately, so far I have not been having a good experience moving in and living at Fifteen50 Apartments. They got my move in date completely wrong so I almost didn't move in because my unit was not available even though I had already signed the lease & paid 4 weeks in advance. The unit I'm living at now has a lot of defaults. I've been cleaning for a week straight to try & get the cigarette smell out, and there's cuts all around the floor.. I even put in a maintenance request to fix these 2 issues, and they confirmed they did the work, they did not at all. I've been also experiencing little roaches throughout my apartment, something another tenant warned me about. The apartments also has the old Window AC that is pretty loud. These are just your typical really old apartments that are splattered with paint and not fully remodeled at all. From the surface they look decent, so be very careful when touring this place. I'm glad I got a short term lease.
