The Point on Flamingo

Ive lived at this property for six months; in that time, there has never been a laundry room that fully works, there is always an excuse for the pool not being open and the new gym is also not accessible, the front gates for security are always broken and open so not much protection there, and there is always garbage all over. You are better off paying an extra $100 somewhere else and at least getting all the amenities promised. Before making this post today, I tried calling the front office and could not get through the five times I attempted it; it rings, picks up, plays music, and hangs up. Save yourself the hassle look somewhere else.

If zero stars was an option, best believe that's what i would give. NEGATIVE stars even... Everything about this place has been a problem since DAY 1. After we got approved for our apartment, we weren't given a whole lot of information. Couldn't get a tour because the model was 'being renovated'. Getting a hold of the leasing office was practically impossible to get our lease set up, had to contact the property management office to have them have the office call me back only to say it was 'too early' to give us our lease info. We didn't get it until a week before we moved in, and that was after calling them and asking for it. After signing our lease and given keys for amenities that weren't open/being remodeled, the gate key which is basically useless as the gate is ALWAYS broken, we didn't (and still haven't) received a mailbox key. At first we were told they had to get it from the post office, then when i called about a month after moving in to ask about it they still didn't have it, got one made and our assigned box was the only one with a busted lock. Security guard (who's only on property during office hours) took it back and said he'd have it fixed, never heard back. Called again about 2 months later after receiving a notice in my door that our mailbox was full, told/reminded the office about prior issue, still haven't had any response about it. We've had a f*****g ROACH PROBLEM since we moved in, complained about 5 times to leasing office and property management, STILL hasn't been remedied. It's beyond deplorable, and I'm counting the days until we leave this hell hole.
