        We have been trying to get something done with the carpet in our house for about 2 years and was told every time that since it had a 5 year warranty nothing could be done. That was with the 2 prior managers. Valerie comes in and has been able to do what the others couldn’t or just wouldn’t. I can’t thank her enough. Valerie is extremely nice and when she says she will get it done she means it.
