The Virginia Apartments

My building is infested with roaches. I was told by management they were inspecting each unit to see which one was a problem that was over two weeks ago. My building has yet to be inspected. I was also told over 2 weeks ago I would be able to move into a new building that doesn’t have a bug problem. Management has yet to contact me back in regards to that. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

I definitely would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Maintenance is great. They’re timely and efficient for the most part. But my building is infested with roaches. They had someone half spray when I first noticed them. 3 months later and I’m seeing at least 3 a day. The most disgusting thing ever especially if you’re a clean person. Seriously considering breaking my lease. The living situation is unacceptable.

I just moved in a couple weeks ago and I'm very disappointed wish I would have took my money else where they over charged me completely for a 2 bedroom 1 bath I'm the only one paying $1050 when they really go for $910 the unit is completely infested with cockroaches and they keep saying they will have someone come spray but two weeks have gone by and no one has came. Total move in should have been $1400 and yet two days later after moving in I learned I still owed $200 more which I payed but still see a balance on my account I feel like that's so shady. I would not suggest this place at all they just take your money and don't care about how you live definitely a mistake !!

Worst mistake ever, ghetto as hell and the lady’s in the office don’t care. They don’t pay attention to any service requests and they will make you pay more than you signed for.
