Cabana Club Apartments

The current management is definitely not friendly and just focused getting as much returns out of tenant move out than satisfying customers.

My family and I have lived here at the cabana club apartments for some time. It has be a roller coaster for sure. There has been 3 manager's, 5 maintenance manager's so far. Office staff fluctuates. Meaning some days you can get a work order put in, some days you cant get through on the phone, or even to get someone to come to the door. Since the office is shut down due to covid. Maintenance depending on who come to fix what you request it may or may not be fix or even made worse. There is no security on site at night or during the day. Went through 6 different companies on that. Speeding vehicle through the complex is nuts. There are alot of kids out to play, that speeding car dose not care nor dose the front office. The rules dont apply to everyone only to who they choose. In my personal opinion.

The location is great! The landscaping, and maintenance crew are very friendly! But, the customer service is horrible. The people in the front office talk down to people, and really don't care about the residents. Just about every month they are shutting down the water for a day. If thats not the case: then it's either an electrical, or internet outage. This place does not care about its tenants at all! Oh and today they had 6-8 people unwelcomed come into my place to snoop around. There's also an abundance of cockroaches everywhere.

I keep see all these horrible reviews about service but everyone I’ve dealt with from here has been nothing but kind, informative and extremely helpful. Brandie has been our main source of help , but everyone we’ve spoken to has been nothing but very nice. We move in as of next week and I’m looking forward to meeting everyone in person. Can’t wait to move my family in and start our new life out in Nevada .!!

Sounds like this place is off my list. Thanks for the info on bad management. Saved me a bunch of headaches. Cheap rent is not always worth it.
