I love living here!! Office staff is great, the maintenance team is always prompt. Its been a great experience living here.

I did not want to post this but the internet is out again! Cox is the only internet we're allowed to have and it makes remote work such a hassle. I had CenturyLink, but when I moved here the office said I couldn't use it! Cox doesn't have customer service outside of business hours. We're supposed to have a dedicated person from Cox for Parc 17 but they don't ever answer! My bf works remotely. He called the afterhours number for the front office because he needs to be working. The man on the other end said it was our problem. We know! Our solution to the problem is not using Cox! I can't even be mad at him, because I know the staff here makes poverty wages
