The View at University Center

Management only cares about money. They are currently remodeling the office and took away all the amenities that we were able to use. Upon taking over management we were never able to use the pool and was told that this remodel was supposed to take up to two weeks which was a blatant lie, it has been over two months and we still aren't able to use the amenities provided to us before. Look around for other option unless you want to be taken from behind by greedy management.

Great place to live. It's obvious they've put a lot of thought into the new upgrades going here! Really good location and you can tell that the staff care about you. Sounds like they are putting even more new features like a new gym and pool area. Can't wait to see it.

I love the way this community is trending. Cool clubhouse area. It looks brand new. The new ownership and management seem to really care a lot, and it shows!

Jose is a very helpful maintenance technician. Always pleasant and responds quickly to maintenance requests.

Love what the new management is doing at the site. Much cleaner and improvements overall. Happy to see they are also enforcing the rules and spending $$$ fixing up the property. Very convenient location and the floorplans are great.
