They have a third party “ verifying” your income etc who is absolutely out of touch. I have a credit score of 810 with perfect rental history and they denied me. They used my previous year tax form from the pandemic , during which I was unemployed to determine my current income. My income is plenty but it’s cash so therefore I even got them a letterhead from the company I have been contracted with. All they had to do was contact them and contact my current leasing office which I have been leasing from for 2 years to make a better judgment. Horrible way to handle housing and play people’s living.

Well that good experience didn’t last long. I would not recommend anyone to enter that community.

I filled out for these apartments because it said $1310 was the price for one of their units. I paid my $50 for the fee and was told today they wouldn't be honoring $1310, because the price had gone up $$400. Don't apply unless your sure of their prices I wasn't even give my app fee as a courtesy for changing the price after my app was submitted.
